Useful Self-Harm Resources

We understand that talking about self-harm can feel overwhelming, confusing and isolating. Wait times to referral services often take time. Here are some helpful resources for managing self-harm, designed for you and created by people who’ve been there. We’re always working on adding new resources that are trauma-informed and shaped by people with lived experience.
