Our Services
Listening Support
We provide free, confidential, non-judgemental Listening Services Monday to Friday 6-9pm via phone, text and email, providing a safe space for you to discuss self-harm with trained volunteers.
Peer & Group Support
If you have a question about 1:1 Peer Support referrals, or would like to find out more about future Group Support sessions, please email us at [email protected].

Confidential spaces to talk about self-harm. Our Listening Services support people of all ages, genders and backgrounds.
Compassionate lived-experience support for self-harm. Our Peer Support service provides 1:1 support following a referral from a healthcare practitioner.
Co-produced training to share skills and knowledge around self-harm. Suitable for educators, healthcare professionals, community groups and more.
