Our Services

Listening Support

We provide free, confidential, non-judgemental Listening Services Monday to Friday 6-9pm via phone, text and email, providing a safe space for you to discuss self-harm with trained volunteers. 

Peer & Group Support

If you have a question about 1:1 Peer Support referrals, or would like to find out more about future Group Support sessions, please email us at [email protected]
