Here are some helpful resources for managing self-harm, designed for you and created by people who’ve been there. We’re always working on adding new resources that are trauma-informed and shaped by people with lived experience. If you’d like to talk to someone about self-harm, you can talk to one of our trained volunteers via our Listening Support services.
